Art and Connection Unveiled: Ixmiquilpan-Inspired Signal Box Graces North Saturn Neighborhood

Keene Road in the North Saturn neighborhood. It is a unique art piece inspired by Clearwater’s new Sister City of Ixmiquilpan, Mexico. The artwork was designed by artist Edgar Islas Cruz, who goes by his artistic indigenous name, Tutubixi, and lives in Ixmiquilpan. He was not present for the ceremony.
