The vibrant city of Tampa is gearing up to commemorate Black History Month with its 36th Annual Black History Celebration on February 16, 2024. Hosted by the City of Tampa, this event promises to be a moving tribute to the rich cultural heritage and contributions of the African American community.
Scheduled to take place from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm at the prestigious Tampa Convention Center Ballroom D, the theme for this year’s celebration is “Family in Unity: Rooted in Wisdom.” This theme underscores the importance of familial bonds and the invaluable wisdom passed down through generations within the Black community.
