This recognition, awarded by the German Energy Agency (dena) in collaboration with the World Energy Council, highlights EMPEQ’s leading edge in developing innovative solutions that promise sustainability and operational efficiency across the energy sector.

Hailing from Ithaca, New York, EMPEQ’s inclusion in this year’s SET100 List distinguishes it as a trailblazer in the climate tech arena, acknowledging its relentless pursuit of solutions that address the pressing environmental challenges of our era. The company’s remarkable journey, propelled by the visionary leadership of founders Herbert Dwyer and Derek LaClair, has set new benchmarks in energy efficiency for buildings through its AI-powered technology.
