As the nation reflects on the enduring legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the city of Clearwater, in collaboration with the NAACP Clearwater Upper Pinellas County Branch, is proud to present the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Celebration. This meaningful event is set to take place on Monday, January 15, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 900 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Clearwater.
The day promises a powerful experience of community unity, kicking off with a march that starts promptly at 11 a.m. The procession will commence at the North Greenwood Recreation Center and wind its way along Cleveland Street, culminating in the symbolic Coachman Park, located at 300 Cleveland St., Clearwater.
