Beginning on April 1, 2024, customers will notice a new recycling rate of $3.51 per month added to their bills, marking a slight increase from the previous $3.38 charge. This adjustment comes after customers enjoyed free recycling services from October 2023 to March 2024 as part of a city initiative to promote recycling and sustainability.
