Keene Road in the North Saturn neighborhood. It is a unique art piece inspired by Clearwater’s new Sister City of Ixmiquilpan, Mexico. The artwork was designed by artist Edgar Islas Cruz, who goes by his artistic indigenous name, Tutubixi, and lives in Ixmiquilpan. He was not present for the ceremony. He created the original art piece so that the Ixmiquipan natives who reside in Clearwater have a small reminder of their hometown when they drive by the intersection. TBC Onlinetampabayconnects.com
