Tampa Bay, FL — In the spirit of giving and community, the city of Tampa recently celebrated a heartwarming event that brought joy and excitement to deserving children during the holiday season. Partnering with the nonprofit organization On Bikes, the city, under the leadership of Mayor Jane Castor, organized a special bike giveaway that brought smiles to the faces of over 150 children at the Fair Oaks Park Community Center and Cyrus Greene Community Center.
