In an effort to ease the burden of back-to-school expenses while bringing the community together, Tampa-based exotic car rental company Energetic Exotics is hosting a unique event aimed at giving students a strong start to the school year.
The company will hold its Back-to-School Car Meet and School Supply Giveaway on Saturday, August 2, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at its headquarters, located at 5460 Beaumont Center Blvd, Suite #530. Entry is free with the donation of school supplies, which will be distributed onsite to students on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event is open to all families and community members and promises to be more than just a donation drive. Attendees will be treated to food trucks, music, games, free haircuts and a high-energy lineup of exotic cars, including models from Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, and Rolls-Royce.
“This is about more than cars, it’s about connection,” said Marlon Wentworth, co-founder of Energetic Exotics. “We love this city and want to do something that brings people together while giving kids a boost before they head back to school.”
Jessica Wentworth, also a co-founder, added that the goal was to make the day both meaningful and memorable. “We designed this event with families in mind. It’s a chance to help each other out and have fun doing it,” she said. “There’s a lot of pressure this time of year, and we hope this takes a little bit of that off people’s shoulders.”
